Bob Kickham
Bob’s most recent experience, prior to founding PE Procurement Partners, was as an Industrial Adviser to Nordic Capital, a leading European private equity investor. Within Nordic Capital he had responsibility for advising portfolio companies on procurement, supply chain, risk management and operations. Bob founded the Nordic Capital Procurement Optimisation Organisation (NCPO) in 2009. NCPO received recognition, in 2017, by being awarded the Private Equity International award for Operational Excellence. This was the first such award to be given to a private equity company as opposed to an individual portfolio company.
As the first Global Procurement Director for Diageo Bob has also been recognised by the Chartered Institute of Purchase and Supply by winning the Blue Ribband award for excellence within a purchasing organisation in 2002. He has led major transformations in procurement for blue chip corporates including BT, Luvata and British Shipbuilders . In addition, his experience includes senior leadership and director positions in portfolio companies owned by private equity organisations.
Bob is also a Board member and advisor to Exurban. Exurban is developing the world’s first zero waste smelters specifically designed to treat electronic and electrical waste (e-waste). Operating regionally, and employing proven technology, in novel configurations it will set new standards in recycling.

Denis Kenny
Denis has a wealth of experience designing and implementing Global Procurement and Supply Chain transformation programmes. He has worked with a number of multi-national companies to build organisations, which deliver value at Global, Regional and Local levels. He is a passionate believer in leadership and talent development, and believes the biggest single success factor in a transformation programme is the leadership team’s capability and appetite for change. His career includes being a partner with EY consulting, a Vice President with Capgemini, a Director with PWC and the Purchasing and HR Transformation & Operations Director for Jaguar Land Rover.
