The PEPP Strategic Partnership Academy (SPA) has been designed to enable talent from multiple organisations to receive joint learning and development across multiple mediums. The goal of the SPA is to enable the personal and professional development of procurement practitioners and to provide organisations with the opportunity to invest in talent.
All of our Strategic Partnership Academy programmes are customised according to the individual needs of our clients, and there are three main vehicles for learning and development delivery, as follows:

The Strategic Procurement Master Class is a four day residential course covering Procurement best practice including strategy development, strategic sourcing, digital technologies, contract management, soft power and SRM.

The Strategic Procurement Master Class is a four day residential course covering best practice in category management including strategy development, strategic sourcing, digital technologies, contract management, soft power and SRM. It has been designed to be highly inter-active with the additional goal that participants can build their network with other procurement practitioners. Practitioners are typically procurement professionals who are looking to develop their competence and broaden their insights into best practice in their chosen profession. The ultimate goal of the Strategic Procurement Master Class is that practitioners return to their organisations better equipped to secure more value from suppliers and business partners.
