The output from our PEPP Maturity assessment aligned with analysis from our PO spend engine, defines a business case with sourcing benefits, and the necessary investments, to implement a new Procurement operating model for any size of portfolio company.

We then work with the portfolio company to develop a transformation plan which always has two elements:

1.A sourcing programme by category to deliver benefits in the fastest possible time frame

2.Delivery of the Procurement operating model, including talent, processes and technology to make the achieved benefits sustainable  over time
